Autonomous learner can be produced in the healthy teaching-learning environment by skilled teachers and an infrastructure equipped with modern technology-based learning system. Keeping such as aim in mind, digitalization of education was done by establishing SMARTCLASS ROOMS in the institution named SWADHYAY-1 and SWADHYAY-2 with a seating capacity of 72 and 65 respectively. SWADHYAY-1 was inaugurated by Lt. Gen. Dr. Madhuri Kanitkar (Retd.), Hon. Vice-Chancellor of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) Nashik on 28^th March 2022 in the presence of Dr. Sanjiv Choudhary, Regional Director & Management Council member, MUHS, Dr. Rajesh Gondhalekar, Management Council member, MUHS and Dean GDCHN Dr. Abhay Datarkar.

The smartclass rooms have 75” Maxhub Interactive Flat Panel Display with all the latest software incorporated in it. PA Sound System is also provided which has 120 watt sound amplifier, 4 Speakers (400T), 1 Cordless Hand Mic, 1 Collar mic and 1 Podium Mic. The PTZ camera system installed in SWADHYAY-1 is an assest where we have video conferencing by using zoom, google meet and Webex tools. There is high speed internet broadband connection with Wifi in both the smart classes. The air-conditioned classrooms make teaching-learning a visual treat and enables the students to experience lectures in all its dimensions.  The smartclass rooms are also equipped with digital attendance monitoring system for providing transparent and eco-friendly system.
